Eligibility for Returns You can return a product within 7 days of delivery if:
The product is damaged, leaking, tampered, or broken.
An incorrect product was delivered.
There are missing items in your order.
Conditions for Return
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging intact.
Returns will not be accepted if the product is noticeably damaged or tampered with by the customer.
How to Request a Return

Attach images of the product and packaging as proof to support your return request.
Return Process
Once your return request is reviewed and approved (within 24 working hours), we will initiate the return process.
If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you will need to self-ship the product to the address provided by us. Courier charges for self-shipping will be reimbursed.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be initiated once we receive and verify the returned product.
Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed back to the original payment method within 3-5 working days.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be transferred to the bank account you provide during the return process within 3-5 working days.
Non-Refundable Cases Refunds will not be issued if:
The product is consumed partially and then returned.
The shipping address provided during the order was incorrect.
You fail to comply with the return policy terms mentioned here.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before dispatch by sending an email to contact@the-advaya.com .
If the order is already dispatched, cancellation will not be accepted.
Replacement Policy
If your return request qualifies for a replacement, the replacement product will be dispatched within 3-5 working days of approval.
