Refund & Return Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    You can return a product within 7 days of delivery if:
    • The product is damaged, leaking, tampered, or broken.
    • An incorrect product was delivered.
    • There are missing items in your order.
  2. Conditions for Return
    • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging intact.
    • Returns will not be accepted if the product is noticeably damaged or tampered with by the customer.
  3. How to Request a Return
    • Notify us within 7 days of receiving the product by emailing us at contact@the-advaya.com .
    • Attach images of the product and packaging as proof to support your return request.
  4. Return Process
    • Once your return request is reviewed and approved (within 24 working hours), we will initiate the return process.
    • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you will need to self-ship the product to the address provided by us. Courier charges for self-shipping will be reimbursed.
  5. Refund Policy
    • Refunds will be initiated once we receive and verify the returned product.
    • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed back to the original payment method within 3-5 working days.
    • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be transferred to the bank account you provide during the return process within 3-5 working days.
  6. Non-Refundable Cases
    Refunds will not be issued if:
    • The product is consumed partially and then returned.
    • The shipping address provided during the order was incorrect.
    • You fail to comply with the return policy terms mentioned here.
  7. Order Cancellation
    • Orders can be canceled before dispatch by sending an email to contact@the-advaya.com .
    • If the order is already dispatched, cancellation will not be accepted.
  8. Replacement Policy
    • If your return request qualifies for a replacement, the replacement product will be dispatched within 3-5 working days of approval.
